I recently posted about the Palm Springs inspired bedroom I designed with my new eDesign rendering software, and today I’m excited to share another space I designed, an eclectic glam bedroom eDesign. With how rapidly technology is evolving, we literally have the ability to SEE our fully furnished space before investing in a single item for the room. I find that so exciting because while I already loved the power of eDesign, these new tools bring virtual interior design into an entirely different realm. And I believe the quality and affordability of eDesign will help bring high end interior design to those of us on more of a budget.

This black and white graphic wallpaper from Designers Wallpaper served as the jumping off point for the entire eclectic glam bedroom eDesign. I wanted something bold, but still neutral as the backdrop, and when I found this, I knew it was perfect.
The blue velvet bed (similar here) adds an energetic pop of color to the space without feeling too brash. Black and white striped Euro shams play nicely with the wallpaper and create the perfect backdrop for fun floral print sheets and pillowcases. A raspberry throw pillow and blanket pull another fun color out of the sheet set.
These Lucein Parchment Nightstands from RH Modern are works of art in and of themselves, and the curved top perfectly juxtaposes the straight lines of the wallpaper. Tapered marble lamps with custom black velvet lampshades draw your eye inward toward the bedding.
A simple vase with flowers, stacks of books in the open area, and a couple of picture frames complete the nightstand styling.
In the corner of the room, a custom upholstered floral chair (similar here) coordinates well with the sheet set. I personally love the contrast between a graphic black and white print and a punchy floral. The patterns and colors compliment each other so well, creating an eclectic yet glam, sophisticated yet fun look.
The art featured is a higher end piece, but one of my favorite “art hacks” is to find printable art on etsy, print them at whatever size you want, and place them in inexpensive matted frames. I’ve linked to a few gorgeous floral art printables from etsy here, here, here, and here.
Ikea is a great place to get affordable picture frames, otherwise there are tons of options online. A few options I love are here, here, and here. Other items featured on this wall include a simple round gold mirror and a modern brass lamp. The simplicity of the accessories allows the colors and patterns to really shine.
Black velvet curtains with gold curtain rods are the final touch in this eclectic glam bedroom eDesign.
Can you believe these are renders and not an actual space? It’s incredible what technology can do!
